8 Months Old!

Kai turned 8 months old on January 24th. Time has flown and with mommy being back to work, it has been a challenge to keep up the blog. I will be trying to fill in the time between our last post and now, but wanted to get some current pics of this cutie up now.

Kai is on the move these days. He is crawling backwards, can sit himself up on his own, is beginning to pull up onto things, and can stand with support. He is a big boy and enjoys his food. He has had a limited menu of solids to date, but I think his favorite is pears.

He is doing great at daycare and has a lot of fun there. At home, he loves playing with Lola. We're trying to teach him to be gentle with her.

All in all, we're all doing well and enjoying this very fun time in Kai's life. Although, we can't wait for Spring and warmer weather so we can get outside!
